LATIN FUSION REIMAGINED

Takeshi Horinoue, originally from Japan, is an experienced chef with a background in Italian cuisine. As Executive Chef of Ristorante Donato, Takeshi won praise for his ability to combine tradition and modernity. At Sabrosa, Takeshi has embarked on a new cuisine, lending his meticulous technique and creative palate to Latin American dishes. This meeting of East and West is probably the source of Sabrosa’s subtle Japanese elements (such as sashimi-quality fish and precise flavors).
